Cutting down on time I spend

I'm leaving the game for a temporary time, untill i can control the ammount of time I spend gaming, I had a recent motivation to substitute a lot of the time I spend gaming with u guys with studying, which just happened to be QUT's open day. I would think I need around an OP 11 or even 10 to get into my course in 1 1/2 years, at the moment my prediction is 15 >.>

do not mistake this for my leaving the community or indeed SE, will still check the forums and get on xfire (obviously a little less often than usual). This time I'm serious, i need to get to grips with my future.

btw had parent teacher interviews today, and they all said i had potential cheers

but i need to work harder, was shocked by my FTV (Film and Television) teacher tbh... he said i had a very good mind for film, and that I just needed to get my sound happening (was too soft/quiet in my movie). Getting B's for drama and FTV so yeah >.> need to bring English and SoR (Study of Religion Rolling Eyes

What I do is use Mb2 as a "reward" for studying. I usually study on and off between 4:30 and 12 p.m. at night, and I take breaks to play the game once I've reached certain goals in my work. If you find that too tempting to just play all night, than uninstall JKA/Mb2 and focus on your studying. Your future is always way more important than gaming.

I used to do what you say u do meta, though like u say i found it too tempting, JKA is now uninstalled, and yeah, untill i think i can control my study habbits etc., JKA will stay uninstalled (will still make those credits etc. for your movie though, lol)

Hahaha, I just don't study. I dunno how I'm not failing all my subjects but I'm doing average in all of them. Which is well... average. Except Spanish, I'm doing the beginners course for Spanish but when I started it I'd already done it for 3 years so I normally top my year in it lol

But yeah, important to find a balance between school and gaming, which I'm yet to find.
